  • We do not make a internal or external changes in master plan or any unit plan which would be affecting the elevation .
  • Any Changes made without prior permission of developer will be punishable.
  • Full Payment shall be made before the possession in given.
  • Vastu-Puja etc. shall be performed after the full payment made.
  • Panchayat Taxes shall be borne by the member from over date of completion.
  • Developers reserve the right to change the plan if required.
  • Additional Documentation change such as stamp duty/registration GEB connections/ GST or any Legal Documents( as per Bylaw's Jantri Revenue Department) and other Relative expenditure is to be borne by the purchaser.

  • In case of cancellation of the booking in any reason 10% of the cost of the weekend home will be deducted and the balance aount shall be refunded after rebooking of the same weekend home.
